The day, hour by hour.

One hall, 1,500 traders and the mistakes almost all of us make. Ten traders bring theirs to the stage, five experienced traders take them apart — and the whole room learns, asks, votes and promises not to repeat them.

On the big screen, all day

The Mistake Meter

Behind the stage, a live chart of the mistakes the hall is making. Every time a trader on stage names one — revenge trading, no stop-loss, over-leverage — everyone who has done the same taps “Me too”, and the bar climbs. By the end of the day the hall can see its own trading, in numbers.

Example — the real numbers come from the hall on the day.

The 95% buzzer

At entry you open the event app on your phone. It is how 1,500 people talk to the stage:

    How a round works

    01

    Two stories

Two of the ten traders sit with the five judges. The judges hold each trader's form — their trades, their losses, the mistakes behind them — and ask the questions the hall is too shy to ask.

    02

    The meter moves

As each mistake comes up, the hall taps “Me too”. The chart behind the stage shows how many people in the room share it.

    03

    One expert, with the hall

A 30–40 minute session on the mistakes leading the meter. Not a pitch of anyone's own strategy — questions from the buzzer, answers, and what to do instead.

Be in the hall on 12 December.

And if you have lost money trading and want to be one of the ten — this could be your stage at the next one.
